Final digital purchases
Once purchased, digital products cannot be returned. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds, returns or exchanges. Please review the live demo, included files, requirements, version notes and license before ordering.
A problem with your order
If the download is missing, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact abdullah.1personal@gmail.com with your order number, checkout email, theme name and a description of the issue. We will investigate and help resolve access or file problems. Do not send passwords or card details.
Your legal rights
This policy does not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law requires. A digital-product label does not remove those rights. Any refund required by law or separately approved will be handled through the original payment method where supported.
