What am I buying?
A downloadable Shopify theme package for one Shopify store. The product page lists the actual theme ZIP, optional demo catalog, documents and included assets. Shopify subscription, domain, paid apps and custom development are separate.
What does each theme cost?
The current selling price is PKR 4,999 per theme. Review the product page and checkout for the displayed price and order total.
How do I pay?
Select Bank transfer (MCB) at checkout, then follow the bank instructions shown with your order. Send your order number and payment receipt or transaction reference to abdullah.1personal@gmail.com. The order stays unpaid until we verify receipt of funds.
When will I receive my files?
Files remain withheld while payment is pending. After we verify the MCB account credit and mark the order paid, our digital-delivery app automatically emails the purchased download links and fulfills the digital items. Keep a reachable checkout email and check your spam folder. The download email is the primary way to access your files; placing an order or sending a receipt alone does not release them.
Can I order with only a phone number?
A valid email address is required for order updates and digital-file delivery. Phone follow-up is handled manually when needed; it does not replace the download email.
Do all packages include PDF guides?
Document formats and package contents differ. Rivet Arc and Noxavelle include their current setup documents. OsVarel includes installation notes and a customization handbook PDF. Sidecourt includes a user guide document, visual blueprint PDF and content catalog PDF, with corrections in its current start-here note. Editorial Muse and Sorrelune contain the theme ZIP and product CSV, with Theme Stack start-here instructions supplied alongside them.
Will the theme upload recreate the whole demo?
The theme supplies layouts and listed assets. Products, images, collections, menus, pages and store settings require separate setup. Import the optional catalog and check its images and sample copy. See the installation page for each theme’s exact files and differences.
Can I edit the design?
Use the available sections and settings in Shopify’s theme editor. Controls differ. Sorrelune has no global font/color/logo editor controls, and some changes require code or asset replacement. Other themes also have specific limitations listed on their product pages.
How do I try a demo?
Each product page has a live-demo link and its storefront password. Open the demo, choose Enter using password and enter the displayed password. Demo screenshots show example merchandise and store configuration; they are not an automatic store import.
What support and updates are included?
Installation is self-service using the supplied instructions. Contact us for missing, damaged or incorrect downloads. No fixed support period, guaranteed response time, hands-on installation or future updates are included unless expressly agreed in writing. Each purchase licenses one theme for one Shopify store.
Can I return a digital theme?
Digital purchases are final, with no change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds. For a file or access problem, contact us with the order number and checkout email. The refund policy preserves rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
