One theme, one Shopify store
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive license to install and customize the purchased theme on one Shopify store. Each additional store requires a separate purchase. Buying one theme covers that selected theme.
Using your files
You may customize the theme for your licensed store, keep backup copies and provide files to a developer working on that store. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or offer the original or modified package as a competing theme product. Existing third-party notices and licenses continue to apply.
What comes with your purchase
The product page identifies the delivered theme version, installable ZIP, optional sample catalog, documents and assets. Package contents differ. Rivet Arc, OsVarel Jewelry, Noxavelle and Sidecourt include their listed setup documents. Editorial Muse and Sorrelune include a theme ZIP and product CSV, with Theme Stack start-here instructions supplied alongside them.
Installation and customization are self-service. Shopify subscriptions, domains, paid apps, store population, payment setup and custom development are separate. Demo merchandise and store settings require review and configuration for your own business.
Payment and access
Bank-transfer orders remain unpaid until the payment is verified. A valid checkout email is required. Theme Stack manually releases the purchased files by email after confirming receipt of payment.
Support and updates
Contact us with your order number for missing, damaged or incorrect downloads. No fixed support period, guaranteed response time, hands-on installation or future-update entitlement is included unless expressly agreed in writing.

Read the product requirements, terms and refund policy before purchase. Digital purchases are final, subject to rights and remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
