Start with the instructions for your package
The installation page identifies the exact theme ZIP and catalog file for all six themes. Document formats differ: Rivet Arc and Noxavelle include their current setup documents; OsVarel includes installation notes and a customization handbook PDF; Sidecourt includes a user guide document and two PDFs, with corrections in its current start-here note. Editorial Muse and Sorrelune include the theme ZIP and product CSV, with Theme Stack start-here instructions supplied alongside them.
Send the useful details
Email abdullah.1personal@gmail.com or use the contact form. Include your order number, checkout email, theme name and version, page URL, device/browser and the steps you took. Tell us what you expected and include the wording of any error message.
Payment or download questions
For Bank transfer (MCB), include your order number and payment receipt or transaction reference. We verify the actual payment before approving and manually releasing your download files by email. Placing an order or submitting a receipt alone does not release the files. A valid checkout email is required.
If you have paid and cannot locate your download email, check spam and contact us with the order details. For a missing, damaged or incorrect file, include its name and describe the problem. Keep a backup of the original customer package and your receipt.
Before changing your store
Duplicate your theme and work on an unpublished copy. Back up products and other store content before importing or replacing data. Share only the details needed to explain the issue; keep account passwords, card details and unrelated customer information private.
Support scope
Installation and customization are self-service using the instructions listed for the purchased package. No fixed support period, guaranteed response time, hands-on installation, custom development or future-update entitlement is included unless expressly agreed in writing.
